*** I ordered an item/items from your store but it did not give me
the instant download- what do I do?
ANSWER-
Once you purchase the item/items, you will receive an
email from the email address that you ordered it from containing the links to download the item. It is very important that
you keep your email address update with PayPal.
Since my items are downloadable- no refunds will be
given if my transactions page shows that it has been downloaded.
***I would like a refund- what do I
do?
There are no refunds for any digital download.
I will not be responsible:
a)loss of kit/item from computer problems
b)for ordering the wrong item
c)reactivation of a download link
e)you don't agree with my terms
1)You are responsible to keep your email and download
links for future downloads-if the link is not active any more it's because it was downloaded the maximum amount of downloads.
*** If I purchase one of your items or download
a freebie from your blog- does this make it mine and use it how or where I want?

Use Only" and
all copyrights belong to Simply Original Scraps aka Cindy Wyatt ©2008.
You may not share these items or
any portion of the items through email, websites,
3rd party storage or tutorial supplies folders. You are required to email me for consent if using them for:
a)Tutorial Writing
b)Web Design
c)Incredimail Letters/Skins
d)Myspace Layouts or Widgets
e)any commercial or profitable item.
*** I am a tagger- do I need to give you credit on my tags I
make?
ANSWER:
No, copyright credits should go to
the licensed artist that you choose. A licensed artist is commonly found at CILM, MyPSPTubes, or Deviant Art.
If using a tube that was obtained through
a group share and has no credits, you will then need to place my copyright on the tag using text only (Please
no visible watermarks). Please credit: Simply Original
