At NO time may these items be redistributed in any way (free or commercial) in their original form.
Any non-compliance in the terms of this agreement can
result in further personal or financial action and these terms will become void.
These items may be used for additions to your own custom
scrap kit or personal use graphics according the the terms and conditions listed below.
You may NOT offer these items in any other graphics
collection outside of a custom scrap kit addition, on a website, or individually, nor to send to email lists, communities
of Internet, Yahoo Groups or for any other third party sharing either for sale or free.
You may NOT create a competing product from it to sell
or redistribute, and are NOT allowed to trade or share these items.
You may not add to or distort or alter any part and
claim it as your own. Do NOT use for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited
by law.
TERMS
1) You must recolor or blend these items for
any use.
2) When included in your custom scrap kit- your scrap kit must be offered as a "Personal Use" kit ONLY.
**If you would like to use these items for anything other than your custom "Personal Use" kit, feel free to email me
for further questions you may have.
3) If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine or other publication you must give credit,
for example: ("Name of Item" by Simply Original Scraps).
4) If you use my items, a link back to my website is required with the proper credits
(Name
of Item,
http://simplyoriginalscrapsonlineshoppe.blogspot.com). You must include the credits in your
custom scrap kit
"Terms of Use".
5) Taggers using these items
may NOT receive monetary or financial gain from any membership groups or personal website offering paid tags.
8) **You may NOT take any item of mine and add it
to your own design/designs and distribute it as a free or paid item without my permission first.** This also includes PSP
Tubers who are in the habit of using accents and kits for frames and other accents obtained from pirated shares. If
you don't know who's it is-don't use it!

Anyone
found to be using my images under the "Fair Use Act" is committing a crime and it could result in damages being sought. To
