These terms of use hold priority over any older versions
of Terms of Use you may have whether the kits/items are free or paid for.
If you obtained your kits or items before December 15, 2007- these items
are no longer copyright compliant and it is necessary for you to update and download with the new copyrights before using
the kit/item.
**If you received my kit or item after December 15, 2007 through any source
other than from my store- you are using a pirated kit or item and you must delete the item from your computer and refrain
from using it.
**I have the right to email at any time if I
feel the kit or items are being used without proper updated copyrights. A copy of your PayPal receipt will be required to
ensure proper copyrights are being used with the kits or items..
Damages will be sought and Terms Of Use will become
void if you fail to acknowledge my rules.
All files contained within these my zip files are the intellectual
property of Cindy Wyatt aka © Simply Original Scraps.
The copyrighted property is NOT for redistribution, copying
or re-sale. That means no family or friends too- please give them my blog link to purchase them themselves.

of my product files and your final designs using my product/products are "PERSONAL USE ONLY" unless you purchased them
as a commercial use product. I have the right to email for verification of "Commercial Use License" and receipt of sale if
I feel my Terms have been compromised.
***Tutorial Writers are required to email for permission
before uploading any tutorial using my products . Any tutorial writer wanting to promote one of my kits may receive
the kit for free by emailing for consent and download. Only 1 kit request at a time. Any kit or items from a kit must be posted
before requesting another kit please.
No kits or elements may be contained in supplies files.

any item of mine and add it to your own design/designs and distribute it as a free or paid item without my permission first.**
This also includes PSP Tubers who are in the habit of using accents and kits for frames and other accents obtained from
pirated shares. If you don't know who's it is-don't use it!
**You may NOT change filenames or formats or claim them
as your own. You may not alter, add to or take away from my items. YOU MAY RECOLOR and RESIZE ONLY!! You may not make competing
products from my elements or kit items.
Do not upload, share, transfer,exchange, email or give
away my products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
***Do not use my images for making into templates,
making into paintbrushes, shapes, or any other Paint Shop Pro or Photo Shop actions.
Taggers may use my products to design tags as long as
you DO NOT sell them- making sure they are copyright compliant. If posting them in such places as deviant art or fotki, etc.

****Any tagger using a tag made with my items on a Fotki account- may not offer them
for print, mugs, etc. This setting needs to be turned off to avoid copyright violations. It can be turned off by going to
your account settings and selectiong only yourself.
