Terms of Use - License of the User - Commercial Use
Some of my items are "As Is" (NO altering) and some
can be altered to your color or size. The TOU in the file will instruct you on whether or not you may alter the images as
well as the name of the item.
**You must always give credit to my work**- see below
for uses......
All blog owners must give credit to the use of this
item if using them for the background or graphic header on your blog.
Example of credit- (Name of Item, http://simplyoriginalscrapsonlineshoppe.blogspot.com) must be placed on your header or footer of your blog for
blog use.
If you use my items, a link to my blog with the blinkie found in your download file would be appreciated.

You may NOT offer these items
(altered or unaltered) for free or commercial use outside of a custom scrap kit addition, quickpage, or submission to a magazine.
You may NOT post them on a website, blog, or send through email lists, communities of Internet, Yahoo Groups or for any other

You may use my images for personal commercial gain but
you may NOT offer the kit as a commercial product, only "Personal Use" Scrap Kits are allowed since I retain all copyrights
to my items. You must credit my work in your Terms of Use in your scrapkit and place the blinkie found in the download on

At all times the content of this folder remains the
