2008- these items are no longer copyright compliant and it is necessary to obtain the updated versions. To use these kits you must update to the new copyright compliant

you have requested permission to use them!! It's how I pay you back for promoting my work. At no time do I authorize the sharing
of my kits- the are Pay To Use and should be purchased ONLY!!!!!!!
The kits may be used for tutorials or "Personal Use".
"Personal
Use" consist of personal signature tags for yourself, personal layouts, personal desktop wallpapers, blog layouts, etc. (NO
Myspace Layouts, No Incredimail Letters, No Tagging Signatures without my approved consent.
If you have someone translating your tutorials, please
do not consent......please give them my email address to obtain permission first.
At no time within these terms do I transfer any copyrights
of my downloaded products or give you authority to upload my products to supply folders or third party storage.
The images contained within my products are copyright

You must have a tutorial site that remains open to the
public. You must obtain consent if your tutorial site resides in any restricted group that requires you to join.

me at the email address above. Please include your Real Name and Designer's name and URL to your tutorial site.
I no longer offer my kits in one download...... all
tutorial writers are required to email me for the transfer of the kit you would like to use.
